Optional Google Analytics on trimixsports.com is controlled by your analytics choice. This notice explains what this feature records when you accept, and how to reject or change your choice.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, TRIMIX uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how people reach this site, which countries or regions visits appear to come from, which pages and products attract interest, and how visitors interact with the site. Location information is approximate and does not identify a visitor’s nationality.
The implementation records page and product views, traffic-source labels, browser and device information, engagement measurements, and selected interactions such as opening the enquiry area, clicking an email link, successfully copying the prepared enquiry text, choosing a product configuration, or clicking a PDF link. A contact click or copied text is not treated as a sent message, an accepted order or a completed purchase. A PDF click does not confirm a completed download or that the document was read.
These analytics events exclude enquiry text, email addresses, contact details, payment information, order data, URL query strings and fragments. Promotional source, medium and campaign labels are sent only when they match a separately reviewed list of exact labels; unknown labels and free-text content or search-term labels are excluded. Analytics is excluded for logged-in WordPress users, the site’s administration pages and missing-page responses.
Your analytics choice
Google Analytics is not loaded by this feature until you choose “Accept analytics”. You can reject analytics and continue using the site. Choose “Analytics choices” at the bottom of a page to change your decision. If you withdraw permission after analytics has loaded, the page reloads to remove the loaded tag, and this feature removes the Google Analytics cookies it can access on this site.
Your accept or reject choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. If browser storage is unavailable or cleared, you may be asked again. When analytics is accepted, this implementation configures its Google Analytics cookies to expire after up to 180 days, with their expiry refreshed by later permitted visits. The Google Analytics property’s settings govern the retention of data in that service.
Google processes the analytics information as the analytics service provider. This implementation keeps advertising storage, advertising user-data consent and advertising personalization denied, and disables Google signals and advertising personalization signals. See how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Product enquiries
The site’s enquiry tools prepare an email in your email app or copy enquiry text for you to complete. They do not send the email or create an order. Information you choose to send is handled through the receiving mailbox and the business systems used to respond to that enquiry. The analytics events described above do not copy that message into Google Analytics.
Other site functions and questions
WordPress login, security, product display, and any external content you choose to open operate separately from this optional analytics feature. This notice describes this implementation; it does not state that all other site functions are free of cookies or other processing.
For questions about this feature or information you send to TRIMIX, use the public contact address shown on the support page. Please do not include sensitive information in analytics labels or promotional URL parameters.
Private reporting application
TRIMIX Private Daily Analytics is a self-use reporting application for the TRIMIX operator. When authorized by the operator, it reads aggregate Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console performance data to prepare TRIMIX daily reports.
The application uses read-only analytics and search permissions. These permissions do not grant access to the customer mailbox, the store’s order system or payment accounts. Its saved Google credentials are stored in a private directory on the operator’s Mac, not on this public website. Reports are saved locally and shown only in the operator’s private chat.
The operator can revoke the application’s Google Account connection and remove its locally saved credentials and reports. For questions about this private reporting application, contact hugh@trimixsports.com.
