Description
Cylinder + filling kit
T-500 with a four-stage hand pump.
Pair the T-500 0.5L cylinder with a four-stage high-pressure hand pump, hose and inline oil-water separator. Select Black or Green for the cylinder; the pump and cylinder shoulder bag are black in both options.
0.5L cylinder
The same T-500 cylinder specification and regulator as the single-cylinder listing.
Four-stage hand pump
A manual filling option that requires sustained physical effort. Follow the pump instructions and its work/rest intervals.
Black or Green
The selected cylinder color changes the kit photo. The included pump, hose, separator and black shoulder bag remain the same.
What is included
- One T-500 0.5L cylinder with mouthpiece regulator and pressure gauge
- One anti-loss rope
- One four-stage high-pressure hand pump with base gauge
- One filling hose and inline oil-water separator
- One black TRIMIX cylinder shoulder bag
A mask, small scuba refill adapter, electric compressor and source cylinder are not included. The shoulder bag is for the cylinder; this kit does not include the long mask-kit carry case.
T-500 / 0.5L
A compact cylinder. Two color choices.
The T-500 combines a 0.5L aluminum cylinder with a mouthpiece regulator and a pressure gauge. Choose Black with gold branding or Green with a black-and-gold label. The cylinder specification is shared across both colors.

Your cylinder, close at hand.
The included anti-loss tether helps keep the cylinder attached during use. Check the attachment and all equipment before use; the tether does not replace safe handling or an air-management plan.
The pressure gauge lets you check cylinder pressure. Available breathing time varies with depth, breathing rate, activity and starting pressure. Plan an adequate air reserve rather than relying on a fixed number of minutes.
- Cylinder capacity
- 0.5L
- Maximum cylinder pressure
- 200 bar / 20 MPa
- Cylinder material
- Aluminum
- Fill connection
- 8mm quick coupling
- Cylinder colors
- Black / Green
- Breathing gas
- Breathing-quality compressed air; never pure oxygen
Get to know your setup.
Read the complete T-500 manual and arrange appropriate training before use. Follow the limits of the cylinder, the full equipment setup and your training. The scenes illustrate the cylinder; masks and other diving equipment shown are not included in the cylinder or cylinder-and-pump kit.
After use, rinse and care for the equipment as directed, let it dry and arrange the professional checks specified in the manual.

0.5L refilling guide
Three ways to refill your T-500.
Choose a refill method before choosing your kit. A compatible electric compressor, a scuba refill adapter or a high-pressure hand pump can provide different levels of convenience and effort.

Electric compressor
Approx. 10 minutes*
A powered filling option with less manual effort. Use compatible high-pressure equipment that supplies breathing-quality air and the filtration required by the T-500 manual. Monitor the equipment and pressure throughout filling.

Scuba refill adapter
Approx. 16 seconds*
Transfers air from a compatible, adequately pressurized source cylinder. Source pressure, cylinder capacity and the valve connection affect the result. This is a controlled transfer, not a timed challenge.

High-pressure hand pump
Approx. 25 minutes*
Requires sustained physical effort and is the slowest option in these reference estimates. Useful as a backup where powered filling is unavailable. Use the specified filtration and follow the pump’s work/rest instructions.
Illustrative refill setups featuring the Black TRIMIX T-500. Confirm compatibility with your actual filling equipment.
*Merchant-provided reference estimates for a 0.5L cylinder filled from 0 to 20 MPa / 200 bar. These are not guaranteed fill times or recommended filling rates. Actual results depend on equipment, source pressure, temperature and operator pace. The video below does not verify these estimates. Follow the cylinder markings and equipment instructions; never exceed the permitted pressure.
See the small adapter connection.
This demonstration shows a compact clamp-style adapter connecting a large source cylinder to a small cylinder, followed by isolation, pressure release and disconnection.
SMACO equipment is shown in this merchant-supplied clip. It is a connection reference, not a TRIMIX performance test. Confirm compatibility with your actual equipment.

Small scuba refill adapter
This is the compact adapter offered with the 0.5L kits, separate from the K2 mask connector and the larger adapter used in our 1L and 2L listings.
- Working pressure
- 20 MPa / 200 bar
- Cylinder-side fill connection
- 8mm quick coupling
- Materials
- Stainless steel and aluminum alloy
- Finish
- Anodized surface
- Overall size
- 13.7 × 6.3 × 2.5 cm
- Net weight
- Approx. 0.25 kg
Adapter specifications are supplied by the merchant. An 8mm connection alone does not establish source-valve compatibility. Send us a photo or specification of your source valve before ordering.
What should I check before using a refill adapter?
- Have a qualified fill provider confirm that the source cylinder, valve, adapter and receiving cylinder are compatible and in serviceable condition. Use breathing-quality compressed air.
- Follow the adapter instructions to secure the connection and connect the receiving cylinder. Check seals, fittings and the gauge before starting.
- Control and monitor the transfer. Stop within the pressure limit marked on the receiving cylinder; stop immediately if there is a leak or malfunction.
- Close the source valve, release trapped adapter pressure as directed and confirm that the connection is depressurized before disconnecting. Never loosen a pressurized connection.
This overview does not replace the full cylinder, adapter or filling-equipment instructions. Arrange qualified instruction before filling.
Check the selected kit’s packing list. A source cylinder and electric compressor are not included. A hand pump is supplied only with pump-kit listings; the small refill adapter is included only when the corresponding option is selected.
T-500 manual & essential guidance
Get to know your cylinder before use. Read the complete multilingual user manual, including its English section.
- Normal-use depth
- Less than 10 m
- Maximum pressure
- 200 bar / 20 MPa
- Water temperature
- Above 10°C
- Use suitable breathing air. The manual requires breathing-quality compressed air and prohibits pure oxygen. Use compatible filling equipment and a qualified fill provider.
- Check before every use. Do not fill or use equipment that is damaged, leaking or malfunctioning. Follow the manual’s checks for water or foreign material in the breathing cavity.
- Care for it after use. Clean with fresh water as directed, dry before storage and keep it away from sunlight, high heat and impacts. Arrange annual professional inspection or maintenance.
Why does the manual also mention 30 m?
The normal-use depth in section 1.1 is less than 10 m. The reference to depths within 30 m is only for emergency rescue or a backup air supply for professional diving equipment. It is not a recreational depth rating. Stay within your training and the limits of the complete setup.
How long will a fill last?
The manual does not promise a fixed runtime. Depth, breathing rate, activity, starting pressure and the air reserve in your dive plan all affect available breathing time. Monitor the gauge and plan the return and ascent with sufficient air.
What are the storage and service requirements?
The manual specifies storage at 5–30°C and 40–70% relative humidity, away from sunlight, heat and harmful chemicals. It calls for annual professional inspection or maintenance and cylinder hydrostatic testing every five years. Have a qualified provider confirm the schedule required by the cylinder markings and local rules. Do not attempt unauthorized disassembly.
