A battery family nickname is too broad for a precise SUP equipment quotation. Record the current product name and manufacturer code alongside the chemistry, stated voltage and energy rating. Those fields let you check what is actually being offered without assuming that a familiar housing or version label identifies the battery inside.
Keep the current specification rows together
Two current Bixpy pages provide a concrete example. The PP-384 specification identifies SKU BA-OBB-2601 and the PP-768 V2 specification identifies SKU BA-OBB-7681. The following entries are the manufacturer’s stated values, checked October 31, 2026:
| Field | PP-384 | PP-768 V2 |
|---|---|---|
| Manufacturer SKU | BA-OBB-2601 | BA-OBB-7681 |
| Stated chemistry | LiFePO4 | LiFePO4 |
| Stated voltage | 25.6 V | 25.6 V |
| Stated energy | 384 Wh | 768 Wh |
The shared chemistry and voltage clearly do not identify a single product: the codes and stated energy differ. Preserve the complete row rather than referring to either offer merely as the lithium battery or a version-four pack. These are current-page specification records, not TRIMIX measurements or a claim that the packs can be substituted.
Make the quoted item identifiable
Ask the seller to repeat the full product name, code and specification in the quotation, together with a photograph of the label on the item actually offered. If a distributor uses a different stock code, ask it to map that code to the manufacturer’s identity. A private reseller reference is useful for ordering but should not erase the underlying product record.
Keep the checked product URL and date with that comparison. Request the document revision matching the supplied item, rather than choosing an old manual solely because its title shares a family name. If the name, label or specification disagrees, leave the offer unconfirmed until the supplier explains which product is being supplied.
Separate identification from compatibility
Matching chemistry or stated voltage is not the manufacturer’s approval of a motor, controller, connector or charger combination. Those require their own exact-model confirmation. This table gives no charging, storage, electrical-adaptation or battery-replacement procedure and makes no safety, lifespan or performance ranking between chemistries.
The practical result is a quotation you can compare and later identify: named pack, manufacturer code, stated chemistry, voltage, energy and matching documentation. It does not turn the larger energy number into a runtime forecast or resolve the board’s installation constraints. TRIMIX has not tested these packs or established compatible SUP supply.
Ask about the complete SUP setup
The TRIMIX SUP compatibility checklist covers the wider hardware record. To ask about actual SUP thruster availability and fitment, provide the board, fin-box, motor and adapter models, your country and the specific question above. There is no current public TRIMIX SUP-motor listing. Preparing an inquiry does not confirm supply, compatibility or an order.
Evidence and date notes
Evergreen equipment guide checked October 31, 2026.
