The journey from water to a parking place can create a different equipment question from whether a motor fits the fin box. Before buying a propulsion setup, establish how the complete fitted board may be carried, rested and stored ashore. A support arrangement described for a bare board does not automatically describe the board with added hardware.

Read each maker’s description in its own scope

Red Equipment’s inflatable-board care article tells owners to avoid dragging boards over rough ground and keep them away from sharp objects. That is board-care guidance, not approval of a motor installation or a particular stand. It explains why the shore-handling stage deserves attention before damage makes the question urgent.

The manufacturer-linked Bixpy K-1 manual describes the motor’s front as part of its water-cooling arrangement and the plastic face as a bumper for impacts. Those functions do not supply a board-support load rating. Keep a protective-part description separate from an explicit statement that a fitted assembly may bear the board’s weight.

Describe the actual shore arrangement

Give the board and motor suppliers the same outline of your intended routine. Identify the board, motor, adapter, attached battery and any other equipment that remains fitted. Distinguish a brief pause near the launch from vehicle loading or long-term storage; an answer for one stage should not silently become an answer for all three.

  • Which components must be removed under the manufacturer’s normal instructions before the board is rested or stored?
  • Which parts of the board may contact the intended support, and what limits apply to the complete configuration?
  • Does the proposed support leave the fitted motor, adapter, cables and connections free from an unintended bearing role?
  • Where are the matching handling and removal instructions, and what question requires supplier clarification?

Use a sketch or clear photograph to make that discussion specific. Record the support maker’s model if you already have a rack or stand. Do not treat a neat promotional photograph as approval of its arrangement for your board, hardware or storage duration.

Resolve the handling stage before ordering

Keep a short stage-by-stage record: carrying, temporary parking, vehicle loading and storage. Against each, record the permitted configuration and the source of the instructions. Leave an undocumented support or load-bearing role marked unresolved. This provides a useful purchasing condition without inventing a stand, orientation, dimension or fastening method.

This guide does not certify a support or supply mechanical load limits. It concerns handling ashore, rather than the underwater depth clearance of an installed motor. TRIMIX has not tested an assembled board’s support loads, and the contextual photograph is not a demonstration of an approved shore arrangement.

Ask about the complete SUP setup

The TRIMIX SUP compatibility checklist covers the wider hardware record. To ask about actual SUP thruster availability and fitment, provide the board, fin-box, motor and adapter models, your country and the specific question above. There is no current public TRIMIX SUP-motor listing. Preparing an inquiry does not confirm supply, compatibility or an order.
